Living Room Re-design

Just for fun. Because I want to buy this house and renovate it ("in your dreams" says DH). I like my idea better. So replacing the floor with hardwood might be a little expensive.... but paint and new fixtures are an easy upgrade! Then throw in a few $thousand$ at Ballard Designs and voila! You have a brand new living room. I'd also like to add crown moulding, but it's not an absolute necessity. Maybe we'll wait until the fake mortgage is paid off. ;)

And I did the kitchen, too: extend the hardwood from the living room, new paint, new counter tops, new appliances, tile back splash....this renovation might get expensive. Thank goodness the house is cheap! ;)
